Day 01:- Arrive Delhi transfer to the hotel for night stay.
Day 02nd:- Delhi - TAJ MAHAL - DELHI.
Morning drive from Delhi to Agra, enroute visit Sikandra, arrive Agra proceed for Agra sightseeing. Visit the TAJ MAHAL - one of the Seven Wonders of the World was built by Shah Jahan in 1631 AD and was completed in 1651AD. Taj Mahal - The symbol of Love was built in the memory of Mumtaz Mahal (Shah Jahan' s second Wife).
AGRA FORT - Built by the famed Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, the fort is predominantly of red sandstone. Ensconced within is the picture perfect Pearl Mosque, which is a major tourist attraction.
IN THE EVENING DRIVE BACK TO DELHI. NIGHT STAY AT DELHI HOTEL.
Day03:Delhi-Leh - Fly from Delhi to Leh.
Day04: Leh - Day to explore the town. Visit the Leh Palace and the Monastery. Enjoy the
sunset from the 'Shanti Stupa' located atop a hill. Overnight in Hotel.
Day05: Leh-Shang - The trek begins; drive to Hemis from where you trek about 3 hrs to reach the village Shang. Camp overnight in a beautiful location.
Day06: Shang-Latza Kongmaru - The path goes through steep gorges, and there are many stream crossings on the way. Camp just below the Kongmaru-la pass. ( 7-8 hrs walking )
Day07: Latza Kongmaru-Langtang Chu - The final ascent to the Kongmaru-la pass (5150m) is steep, and offers a panoramic view the north face of Kang Yaze peak (6400m). Descend into the Nimaling valley and continue further to the campsite near the Langtang Chu River. Camp overnight. ( 8-9 hrs walking )
Day08: Campsite Langtang Chu - Day for rest.
Day09: Langtang Chu-Sorra - A hard day of walking; cross the Zalung Karpo-la pass ( 5200m ) to reach Sorra ( 4200m ). Camp overnight. ( 8-10 hrs trek )
Day10: Sorra-Dat - Several river crossings and 5-6 hrs walking brings you to the village Dat. This village remains inhabited throughout the year. Camp overnight close to the village.
Day11: Dat-Lungmo Che - The trek is easy and takes you over the Yar-la pass ( 5000m ), from where you get an an excellent view Rupshu. Camp overnight at Lungmo Che ( 4500m). ( 6-8 hrs walking)
Day12: Lungmo Che - Lun - After descending, you follow the river to reach a very wide valley with Zara Chu river. Pass the villages of Sangtha and Yakbu, the later being populated by Tibetan nomads. Camp overnight at Lun. ( 5-7 hrs walking )
Day13: Lun-Takh - The last day of trek; the trail takes you through awesome landscape. You go over a beautiful plateau and cross the highest pass on theis route- Marang-la pass (5300m ). An hours descent brings you to the Army camp at Takh. Camp overnight.
Day14: Takh-Sarchu - Reach the road and from there drive to Sarchu. Overnight in Tents.
Day15: Sarchu-Keylong - The road to Keylong takes you through spectacular landscape of Lahaul valley. Overnight in Hotel / Guest House.
Day16: Keylong-Manali - Drive along the Lahaul valley and cross the Rohtang pass to enter the lush green valley of Kullu. Halt at Manali- a small town on the banks of river Beas. Overnight in Hotel.
Day17: Manali - Day at leisure. Overnight in Hotel.
Day18: Manali-Delhi - Early departure by road to Chandigarh; proceed to Delhi by the afternoon train. Evening at leisure for sightseeing and souvenir hunting. After dinner transfer to Airport for flight back home.
