Tour of Rural Rajasthan

There are certain places in Rajasthan (India)that are still remote and people are living a very secluded life as compared to those living in the other popular cities of the state. If you really wish to explore the rural life of Rajasthan then go for a jeep safari or a short walk, so that you can make some halts while enjoying the colorful aspect of Rajputana village life.

Day 01: Delhi

Arrive Delhi by international flight and transfer to hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

Sightseeing of Old Delhi and New Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi/Agra

Depart for Agra (ciyt of Tajmahal) by Train/by surface. Sightseeing of Taj Mahal, Red Fort. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Agra/Jaipur

Depart for Jaipur by surface. See Fatehpur Sikri en route. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur

Sightseeing of Jaipur and Amer Fort.

Day 06: Jaipur/Nagaur

Depart for Nagaur and stay at hotel.

Day 07: Nagaur/Bikaner

Sightseeing after lunch. Depart for Bikaner by surface. Stay at Bikaner.

Day 08: Bikaner/Pokharan

After sight seeing and lunch at 3 p.m. depart for Pokharan by surface. Night halt.

Day 09: Pokharan/Jaisalmer

Depart for Jaisalmer. Sightseeing tour visiting sand dunes. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 10: Jaisalmer/Jodhpur

After sightseeing and lunch depart for Jodhpur. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 11: Jodhpur

Sightseeing tour of Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Mandore Gardens, Clock Tower, Old City, etc. Dinner on Mehrangarh Fort Ramparts.

Day 12: Jodhpur

Village Safari (Bishnoi Village) with ancient traditions of environmental protection; Black Buck sanctuary & drive to relax in afternoon & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13: Jodhpur/Ranakpur

After Breakfast depart for WH Maharani Bagh, Ranakpur. Visit to 14th Century Jain Temples, Tea at Sadri Dam, Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 14: Ranakpur/Udaipur

After Breakfast depart for Udaipur. Lunch/Sightseeing of Udaipur. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 15: Udaipur

Horse Safari, Village walk, Ayurvedic Massage Dip in Hammam, Theme evening and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 16: Udaipur/Kota

Depart for Kota en route Chittaurgarh & Bundi. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 17: Kota/Delhi/Departure

After sightseeing of Kota, depart by Shatabadi train for Delhi and transfer to the international airport for departure.
