Day 1: Arrival in Paro

Morning: Arrive at Paro International Airport. Transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon: Visit Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery with intricate woodwork.
Evening: Explore Paro town and visit local shops. Overnight in Paro.

Day 2: Paro - Haa Valley Excursion

Morning: Drive to Haa Valley through Chele La Pass, the highest motorable road in Bhutan, offering spectacular views and opportunities to spot yaks and blue poppies.
Afternoon: Explore Haa Valley, visit Lhakhang Karpo (White Temple) and Lhakhang Nagpo (Black Temple).
Evening: Return to Paro. Overnight in Paro.

Day 3: Paro - Thimphu

Morning: Drive to Thimphu (1.5-hour drive). Check into your hotel.
Afternoon: Visit Takin Preserve to see the national animal, the takin.
Evening: Explore Thimphu town, visit the local market. Overnight in Thimphu.

Day 4: Thimphu - Punakha

Morning: Drive to Punakha (3-hour drive) via Dochu La Pass, famous for its 108 chortens and panoramic views of the Himalayas.
Afternoon: Visit Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful dzongs in Bhutan. Walk across the longest suspension bridge in Bhutan.
Evening: Free time to explore Punakha town. Overnight in Punakha.

Day 5: Punakha - Gangtey (Phobjikha Valley)

Morning: Drive to Phobjikha Valley (3-hour drive), a glacial valley and the winter roosting grounds of the black-necked cranes.
Afternoon: Visit Gangtey Monastery and Black-necked Crane Information Center.
Evening: Explore the valley on foot, enjoying the serene landscape and wildlife. Overnight in Phobjikha.

Day 6: Gangtey - Bumthang

Morning: Drive to Bumthang (6-hour drive), the spiritual heartland of Bhutan.
Afternoon: Visit Jakar Dzong and local temples, including Jambay Lhakhang and Kurjey Lhakhang.
Evening: Leisure time to explore Bumthang town. Overnight in Bumthang.

Day 7: Bumthang - Ura Valley Excursion

Morning: Excursion to Ura Valley, known for its traditional Bhutanese villages and stunning landscapes.
Afternoon: Visit Ura Lhakhang and explore the valley.
Evening: Return to Bumthang. Overnight in Bumthang.

Day 8: Bumthang - Paro - Departure

Afternoon: Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan.
